Here we have collected instructions on how to solve almost all possible situations that a robot owner encounters

1. Can I look at the robot? Where?

Yes, you can, on your Zomro server (Omro)

To do this, you need to log into your remote server from your laptop, creating a connection (not to the Zomro website).

If you have not done this before (the robot was installed by a specialist from our company), then follow these instructions
Attention! Do not close trading terminals with a red cross - this will turn off the robot. You can minimize the terminal, but not close it

If it turns off and several hours have passed, please let us know. It is not possible to turn on the robot at any time after a sudden interruption for a long time.

2. Where can I see my balance and manage my accounts?

You can watch the robot work in real time on the server in the terminal or in the application on your smartphone. Just install the broker app. It is also convenient to withdraw profits and top up your account.

To download the application, go to the broker’s website roboforex.com from your mobile device.


Enter your email and password to log into your account.

To switch between trading accounts, click on the three bars at the top left to open the menu and at the very top we see the active account.


For some operations (for example, an internal transfer to another account), you need to go to your personal account; to do this, click the corresponding button in the menu.


At the bottom of the menu, you can go to the application settings and select the language there.

In the "Positions" section at the bottom of the screen, you can track open trades in real time and how the balance changes when they are closed.

To see the history of closed transactions on an account, profit per day, profit for the entire time or for any selected period, switch to “History” in the top menu.

3. What do I need to do every day?

Overall, nothing)

We recommend regularly transferring profits from your trading account to your profit account. How often to do this is up to you. Recommendation: for aggressive settings - daily, for conservative settings 1-2 times a week.

When you have done this several times, decide for yourself for what amount of transfer you are willing to do such an operation.

4. What do the numbers and letters in the application mean?

Let's look at this screenshot from the application as an example.


  1. Balance is all your money in this account, the total amount
  2. Profit is “how much money is earned/spent right now on already open transactions.” The number can be positive (when the market has moved to the profit line set by the robot) or negative (called a “drawdown”). The drawdown size can be up to 90% of the deposit on aggressive settings and does not affect profit in any way.
  3. Funds are balance + current profit at the time of viewing
  4. Free margin is the amount available for withdrawal from your account right now. It means how much more trades the robot can open.
  5. "Buy" trades are opened when the market chart goes down (downhill)
  6. "Sell" trades - opened when the market goes uphill
  7. The red and green numbers on the right show the profit per transaction: there can be “+” and “-”
  8. If you click on any line = deal, a field with detailed information will open:
  • Opening price - at what rate the robot “bought” or “sold”.
  • Take Profit is the most important parameter. When the market reaches this point, all trades are closed in profit

Do not click the "edit" or "close position" buttons.

5. Market - what is it and where?

You can follow the market on the Investing website. There are charts online. And also in your Mobile Trader application (which was downloaded in step 2).

When the market moves up or down, the robot opens trades.
The greater the movement, the more transactions and their larger size. If the market is flat, there will be almost no transactions.

Times may vary due to daylight saving time. The broker sends up-to-date information to all participants

6. How to transfer profits from a trading account?

Withdrawing profits from a trading account is done in the mobile application or in your personal account on the Roboforex website
You can make a withdrawal at any time if:
  • You have verified your Roboforex account.
  • if you have funds available for withdrawal: there are funds not occupied by transactions in the profit account or trading account.

If you topped up your account with a card, you can withdraw funds to the card or with cryptocurrency. To withdraw to a card, you need to verify your bank card.
If you topped up your account with cryptocurrency, withdrawal is only available in cryptocurrency.

Go to the "Funds" section of your Personal Account. And select "Internal transfer" there

Select the account from which you want to transfer profits (your trading account) and enter the password. Select the account to which you want to transfer the profit (the second account you created).


Enter the amount in the format 0.1234 - separated by a dot if you are not converting a whole number in dollars.

The available amount for transfer may be less than your original balance if there are open transactions, because... Weds participate in transactions. Regardless of this, you can always withdraw part of the profit.


In the example on the right, the items available for removal are highlighted in orange. Many trades have been opened.


Your real balance with profit is highlighted in green. The balance looks like 10083.38, which means $100 and 83.38 cents.

To transfer 83.38 cents, you need to write $0.8338.

Be careful when transferring between accounts. If you accidentally took part of the deposit from a working account, return it immediately. This will not affect the operation of the robot.

WITHDRAWAL OF PROFIT FROM ACCOUNTS TO A CARD or WALLET

You can make a withdrawal at any time if
  • you have verified your Roboforex account
  • if you have funds available for withdrawal: there are funds not occupied by transactions on the profit account or on the trading account

To withdraw to a card, you need to verify your bank card.

7. Is it possible to reduce or increase the deposit for the robot during the test?

You can change the balance at your discretion up or down. To reduce the account balance for a running (turned on) robot, you will need to wait for the completion of a series of transactions. The size of the deposit is linearly related to the size of the opened transactions. A sudden decrease in your deposit can be very harmful.


The deposit can be increased at any time in multiples of the specified minimum deposits for the robot (Gold - 300, Grid - 100, Multi 200).

If you need to change the balance during the test, just let us know what you want to do and we will help. Over time, you will learn to see the situation and make decisions on your own
ATTENTION! IF YOU INCREASE OR DECREASE YOUR DEPOSIT:

If you have a Gold, MaxTP or Multi robot, the settings for the size of transactions for a new deposit will change themselves.

If you have a Grid robot (euro-dollar), the deposit setting must be changed manually in the terminal. This is especially important to do immediately with highly aggressive robot operating strategies.

To configure the Grid robot for a new deposit, follow the instructions below
To complete this step, you need to log into your remote server.
If you have not done this before (the robot was installed by a specialist from our company), then follow these instructions.

After you have logged into the server:


  • Expand the terminal.
  • Click on the smiley face in the upper right corner of the graph.
  • Go to the "Inputs" or "Input Parameters" section.
  • In the "Initial lot" line, double-click on the right side of the line and enter the new value there. Do this for each terminal.

If your deposit is $500, then place the lot at 0.05.

If the deposit is $1000, then the lot should be 0.1.

Those. for every $100 in the account, 0.01 lot is added.


If your deposit is $550 or any other number not a multiple of 100, reduce or increase it to a multiple of 100: up to $500 or $600.


A lot cannot be less than 0.01, therefore, $100 is the minimum deposit.

8. How to change the robot's profitability settings

If you want to do this during the test, just write to us, we will help. Later you will learn too - it's very simple.

9. How to turn off the robot and withdraw all money from your accounts?

You can stop robots at any time. You only need to wait for the active series of trades to close in plus. After this, you can withdraw your entire deposit with a profit.


If you simply stop the robot without closing current transactions, then some of the funds will remain occupied by these transactions and will not be available for withdrawal. (The broker always freezes the amount for which transactions are open until they are closed: from several minutes to days)

11. If, when you enter your account from your phone from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and some others, you see “the site is blocked”:

If, when you try to open the broker’s website or log into your personal account, you see an error with the text about the site being blocked, try connecting to the Internet through another provider, or, if that doesn’t help, use a VPN to bypass the site blocking in your region.


Second option: translate the Mobile Trader application into English, restart and try to log in again.


This blocking occurs by decision of various authorities within individual countries and can be temporary.

12. If your transactions suddenly don’t appear in the app

a) Check that the Internet is working and the correct trading account is selected in the left menu at the top of the screen

b) If the correct account is selected, but transactions are still not displayed, connect to your remote server and check whether there are transactions in the trading terminal

If everything works on the server, try changing the language in the application settings to English and restart the application

c) If that doesn’t help, use a VPN to connect to the Internet

13. The most important thing is to pay for the remote server on time

Make sure to link your bank card to your Zomro (Omro) account and set up auto payments.


Be sure to confirm your email to receive rental notifications and payment reminders.


3 days before the end of the rental period, a renewal reminder will be sent to your email.


If payment is late, the service will be suspended and the robot will stop working.


A penalty will be charged for each day of delay.


Within a week from the end of the rental period, it is possible to extend the service. To launch the robot, you will need to connect to the server and start trading.


If the service is overdue for more than 7 days, the service (server) is deleted. In this case, you will need to rent a new server, connect to it, install and configure everything again, just like the first time.

14. Passwords for accounts and accounts

  1. Never share your Roboforex account password or access to the mobile trader application with anyone. This is what protects your funds in your accounts.
  2. Passwords from trading accounts are transferred to robots and provide a minimum of opportunities: to see the balance and open transactions. If you have forgotten your trading account password (and it is needed to transfer money from one account to another), reset it in the Roboforex app or website.
  3. Important! After changing the password of the trading account (on which the robot operates), change the password in the terminal on the server, otherwise the robot will no longer have access to the account and will not be able to open trades

15. If you think the robot is not working

Check:


  1. Were any trades opened today?

2. If not, check in the terminal on the server whether the terminal is running and

is auto trading enabled?


If at least one of the points is fulfilled, the robot works.

The fact that there are no trades for several days is normal for conservative options and sometimes for moderately aggressive ones

16. I want to add another $1000 to deposits, how can I distribute it among robots?

Distribute funds in the original proportion: most of them for conservative strategies, less for aggressive ones.

At your discretion, this is a risk mitigation recommendation.


Remember! The deposit in the account must always be a multiple of the amount specified in the robot settings. If the amount for Gold is 300, then the deposit must be replenished by 900 or 1200. Otherwise, transactions will be opened based on the deposit of 900 (multiples of 300), and 100 will not work. Those. you increase the amount of risk without increasing the return. This is the only reason

17. Today there is no profit, 3 days there is no profit, in a month it turned out not 30%, but 20% of profit

The robot does not make a profit every day - depending on the aggressiveness settings. It’s normal when there is no profit for even a week - it all depends on the market. Sometimes he can stand motionless at one level for a long time. Sometimes, on the contrary, the volatility is high, and the profit is large in one day. The robot opens all transactions solely based on the market situation, does not limit profitability and cannot increase it if there are no market conditions for this.


Therefore, in a given month the profit may be not 15%, but 10, even 2-3 months in a row, and then it will be 20%-25% in one month. The profitability of the robot in the settings is how much it gave on average per month with such settings on the history for the last year, two, three, twenty. From year to month, the figure can vary significantly.



Important. In the mobile trader application, the percentage of profitability may not be calculated accurately if you have recently changed your deposit. The application shows the return on the initial account balance. Over time, the indicators will be recalculated. To find out the exact yield in%, calculate it for each deposit separately and display the average.

18. The deal is in + for a long time and is not closed. I'll close it myself

Don't close deals! If you see a profitable deal and “it has been hanging in profit for a long time”, it is not a robot that did not close it. The robot does not close transactions at all - they are closed automatically by the broker according to the conditions set by the robot. If the deal is not closed, then the condition has not occurred. If you close it yourself, you will upset the balance of all open transactions in the series, the take profit will go further, and this can even lead to losses. At a minimum, you will have to wait even longer to close the entire series and make a profit. This is at best

19. When there is a drawdown, is it necessary to “top up” and add money to the trading account?

This is a fairly common practice, but it is ineffective.

“Topping up” usually means that the account needs to add at least the same amount of funds (i.e. another deposit), or many times more (this does NOT apply to conservative strategies). But if this is really the case when the market is moving far from normal indicators, then adding either 100% of the deposit or 200% will not help to withstand this movement. And the risk of money will increase in a situation where there is reason to think about exiting the market. Therefore, instead of “topping up”, it is more effective to wait for the outcome of the situation. If this was a liquidation situation (expected at some point for aggressive strategies), wait a few days and make a reserve deposit to resume trading. The likelihood that there will be no more similar situations in the long term is much higher, and you will recoup the deposit with a profit.

20. For owners of aggressive versions

What to do if liquidation occurs and there are no funds in the account.


• Log in to the server and disable auto trading, because... even with a balance of $1-2, the robot will try to trade, and the application will send you notifications.

• Next, you should wait a few days (usually a day, more is possible) and replenish your account with the selected deposit.
Consider whether you are keeping the same trading settings or whether this approach is not suitable for you. You can lower or increase the profitability at your discretion.

21. Why were you given the robot file?

This is your robot, your license.

Save it on your PC or Google Drive, on a flash drive. This is your license to your account, it will always work on your account. If you decide to stop the robot for a while and do not pay for the server, then all the settings there and the robot itself will be deleted from the server. Therefore, keep a copy of the robot file somewhere else. You can make several copies of the robot file - they will all work exactly with your account number that you gave when purchasing the robot.


If you have lost your robot file, contact the company’s support and provide your account number - we will issue you the file again free of charge.

A few more important things

If you have not used the robot for some time, and then started it again, then after opening the terminal, continue with the 1st transaction. It should open immediately. If transactions are not opened, restart the terminal again



If you already have robots and you decide to expand your fleet to expand deposits, you can choose any robot with any settings, write directly to your manager (us) and take the robot for a test or purchase it immediately
