• Any robot from Income.Style can be installed on a terminal with any broker, but we recommend using those brokers* with whom we ourselves have experience working and whose trading conditions the robot parameters are optimized for.

• The profitability of Income.Style robots is indicative and
is formed from the average profitability of robots over certain historical periods of its work. Conclusions about the profitability of a particular strategy (robot settings) can be made at a distance of 6 months.

• Past investment results cannot be a guarantee of future returns. Any financial success of others does not guarantee the same results for the Client.

• Conducting trading operations on financial markets with margin
financial instruments opens up broad opportunities and allows investors willing to take risks to receive high profits, but at the same time carries a potentially high level of risk of losses. Therefore, before starting trading, you should responsibly approach the issue of choosing an appropriate investment strategy, taking into account available resources.

• Investment activities with financial instruments of the Forex and CFD market are characterized by a high degree of risk, since they involve transactions using leverage and can lead to the loss of not only the expected income from the invested funds, but also to losses of the invested funds. For the purposes of this Notice, risk when carrying out transactions with Forex and CFD financial instruments is understood as the possibility of the occurrence of an event that entails or may entail the Client’s loss of income or loss of invested assets.

• Income.Style is not responsible for the situation on the global financial market and is not responsible for the Client’s possible losses from investing with Forex. The account owner alone bears full responsibility for trading results.

• Income.Style is not responsible for the operation of the technical equipment of the VPS* server provider, broker and MetaTrader trading terminal. This equipment is supplied by third-party foreign companies on their terms. Our choice of specific companies is based solely on positive experience in using their capacities.

• Income.Style is not responsible for the execution of trades by the broker, technical slippage and timing of market execution. This responsibility lies with the broker and is carried out in accordance with its regulations.

• This Notice is not intended to force the Client to refuse to carry out transactions, but is intended to help the Client understand and assess the risks,
related to investing in these financial instruments, and take a responsible approach to making investment decisions.



*MetaTrader is a company that develops a Forex trading terminal, with the help of which Forex transactions are opened and closed. This software is a single global standard for all Forex brokers.

*VPS server (remote server) provider is a company that provides dedicated servers for installing the Meta Trader program on which the robot is installed.

*A broker is a licensed financial company that acts as an intermediary between the Client (Forex market participant) and the market itself. By law, an individual can only participate in Forex through such a licensed intermediary.
